This is where Dirty starts to do things.
Craig came up with the idea of taking the best unsigned/independent bands from around the country, and putting them all on one big fat disc.
So far, Sharpie's own band, about:blank, Mike's band Epideme and several others have signed on. I would've put forward a contribution from my band, but it doesn't look like our demo will be done within the next century.
Any suggestions, nobhuggers?

Yesh. While you're here, check out an ace local band who would fit right on the compilation. www.thecutaway.tk

Current list of bands that are up for being on the compilation: Unitus About:Blank Resonate The Beat Poet Mindbleed Ally Craig Stem Aglaziator Mad Library Centrifuge The Zipper Mydriasis In The Dark Epideme
That's 14, I'm hoping to get about 17-21. And we might have to think about releasing it after Christmas so we have more time to promote it.

The Big Sleep are up for 001. YOW! This compilation is going to kick some major, MAJOR arse. Every band on here rules sooooooooooooooooo much! Aww I love this!! We have to DEFINITELY think about a Pedestrian comp every once or twice a year, we'll see what the outcomes are of this first one though. We've got to know if bands are finding it useful first, but I have a strong feeling that we'll be doing alternative music a huge favour with this cd. To the Pedestrian, and all who rides him. *raises fosters can*

What I listened to was good, maybe I meant 'A New Addiction' ? I'll get back to you on this... But the comp is supposed to represent a wide range of alternative styles... from emo *shudder* to acid jazz

You know Finchey! Yes, they are good and yes they'll be added. I got sent a cd by these guys called Symmetry but this would be our fourth instrumental or song that goes for about 7 mins so I guess I'll have to put them on 002 to keep it all varied I think when I get all the tracks sorted I'll put them on a cd and get it all mastered so it all sounds tip-top together, no idea how much it will co$t though... I'll have to find out next time I go into town. This all makes me feel like a right businessman you know, and I look class in a tuxedo, which never fails to impress the bus drivers.
